This sweet white wine from Treixadura comes from grapes from a plot located north of the DO Ribeiro, although the wine is outside the DO. Twelve comes from the play on words Dulce in Galician, which is said twelve and the number 12 because it is number 12 on Gomáriz's list. Due to its eastern orientation, the grapes ripen less and allows a sweet wine to be obtained by stopping cold fermentation and filtration with 80 g/l of residual sugar. Elaboration

This wine comes from young vineyards where the grapes are harvested by hand and then destemmed and continue with the cold maceration process on their skins for 12 hours. Subsequently, they go through a gentle pressing process and a part of this must goes through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C.
