Ladairo Mencía is a classic wine from Monterrei. This wine comes from the work of one of the best viticulturists in the DO. The winery owns part of its vineyards on a hillside, where schist and clay predominate. That is why his Mencías are wines of great intensity on the nose, yellow with lemon reflections. Its nose is not very intense, but its complexity of ripe fruits such as apple compote, tropical fruits such as lychee or pear and hints of hay make us forget that aromatic scarcity. On the palate it is dry, soft, fresh, slightly warm, with a perfect bitterness that complements the ripe stone fruits and the tropical retronasal aromas. It is a complex, round and persistent wine.
