This sweet white wine from Treixadura comes from grapes from a plot located north of the DO Ribeiro, although the wine is outside the DO. Twelve comes from the play on words Dulce in Galician, which is said twelve and the number 12 because it is number 12 on Gomáriz's list. Due to its eastern orientation, the grapes ripen less and allows a sweet wine to be obtained by stopping cold fermentation and filtration with 80 g/l of residual sugar. It is an original and unique wine, a pioneer in this production in the area. Gomáriz 12 (Doce) belongs to the Coto de Gomariz Wineries.
