It comes from 100% Godello grapes from the DO Valdeorras, total production of 12,000 bottles. Lemon yellow, clean and bright. On the nose it is eloquent, yellow fruits, ripe cantaloupe melon, papaya and herbs such as chamomile. On the palate it is sweet, intense, very voluminous, of medium persistence and a slightly bitter finish. Destemming of the bunches, followed by a short maceration (> 4 hours) of the berries. Static decantation of the must with light and very slow pressing in preparation for prolonged fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
